Insurance

If you have dental insurance, we are happy for you. Please understand that your insurance is a contract between you/your employer and the insurance company, we are not a party to that contract. Not all procedures we do are covered by your insurance company and you, the patient, are ultimately responsible for those fees. Dental insurance is intended to off-set the cost of dentistry, not pay for it in its entirety. Our office will make every effort to let you know if something is not a covered benefit with your insurance company so you can be prepared for their costs and we will estimate what your insurance company will not cover for treatment.  Your estimated portion will be due at the time of service.

The goal of our office is to treat you, the patient, with the best care instead of treating what insurance company will pay for.  We accept most dental insurances; GHI and Blue Shield of NENY reimburses the patient directly therefor, payment in full is required at the time of service. We are in-network providers for Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, most Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Metlife.

Payment Options

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. For qualified patients, we also offer Care Credit.  Care Credit offers a low interest or interest free monthly payment. For patients who have insurances with which we participate, are unable to use Care Credit. Please be aware there is a $50.00 fee charged for any check returned for insufficient funds. If special financial arrangements are necessary, be sure to speak to one of our employees. Any accounts with an outstanding balance that has not been paid in full within 90 days of your claim being paid will be considered delinquent and will be referred to an outside agency for collection. If an account is sent to the collection agency, the patient will bear the responsibility for any attorney fees involved in collection on that account.
